Captain of the Port, New York City; Valdez, Alaska as part of the oil spill clean up;
Reserve Unit Cincinnati, Ohio; Joint Interagency Task Force-East, Key West;
and Group Key West, Florida.
Commanded Reserve Unit Owensboro, Reserve Unit Cincinnati, and Reserve Group Key West.
Retired as a Commander, Key West, Florida, 31 December 1997.
